MEMBERSHIP AND DUES

• FPEIM currently represents 38 municipalities.
  
  
• Membership dues are on a per capita basis with minimum amounts. Changes to FPEIM membership fees shall be determined by the Board, except for increases in excess of the increase in the Consumer Price Index for PEI for the previous year or changes to the rate structure, which require approval of the accredited voting delegates at a general membership meeting.

Membership Dues (2009/2010)
Population between 1 - 250	$1.75 per capita with a minimum of $400.00
Population between 251 - 500	$1.75 per capita with a minimum of $675
Population between 501 - 1200	$1.75 per capita with a minimum of $1350.00
Population between 1201 - 5000	$1.75 per capita with a minimum of $2700.00
Population between 5001 - 10,000	$1.75 per capita
Population between 10,001 - 15,000	$1.75 per capita minus 4%
Population over 15,001	$1.75 per capita minus 4%
